The Beta Alpha Chapter of Kappa Alpha Order sets off the new year in great standing. After a successful Province Council January 24, 2009 hosting the Chiles Province at Missouri S&T we look forward to keeping our achievements and accomplishments at a high. We are looking forward to a great semester with continued improvement on scholarship, philanthropy, intramurals, involvement on campus, and rush.

On January 24, 2009 at the Chiles Province Council in Rolla, Missouri the Beta Alpha Chapter of Kappa Alpha Order representing Missouri University of Science and Technology received their 28^th Ammen Award this is also their 19^th consecutive presentation with such award. They also received honors for their oustanding support of Operation Crimson Gift being admitted into the Crimson Gift Century Society, Excellence in communication, and an Award for most service hours per man of all chapters within the province.
